Who these arrangements are for

Non-corporate Commonwealth entities must use these arrangements when they buy SAP and Concur products and services.

Corporate Commonwealth entities and state and territory government agencies may be able to use these arrangements.

The SAP arrangement covers all SAP services, including:

  • software licensing and maintenance
  • professional services
  • cloud services

The Concur arrangement covers all Concur services, including:

  • travel and expense management
  • implementation services

Policy information

These arrangements are part of the Australian Government’s ICT coordinated procurement contracting framework initiatives.

The SAP arrangement is a contractual agreement between SAP Australia Pty Ltd and the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA). The 2 parties signed the arrangement on 29 September 2017.

The Concur arrangement is a contractual agreement between Concur Holdings (Netherlands) B.V. and the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the DTA. The 2 parties signed the arrangement on 21 December 2017.

These arrangements provide pricing and licensing conditions for all non-corporate Commonwealth entities.

Government buyers who use this arrangement must still comply with the following policies and processes:
